Buying, Renting, and Selling Bonds

All you ever wanted to know. Please reference these posts for instructions and policies. Going forward the board will no longer keep lists of members who wish to sell or rent their bond. Our website provides members with forums where they may list their bonds for sale or rent under "Marketplace".

We now offer Paypal as payment option for your convenience. Currently we can only accept payments for Annual Membership Fees. This option will be available again early 2009.

Bonds For Sale

We have very few bonds left for sale. At $500 a piece, a real steal. Admiral Heights residents only. Contact Maria Lebow, Membership Coordinator.

	July 1 to July 31 Sunday thru Thursday 11:00 am to 8:00 pm Friday and Saturday 10:00 am to 9:00 pm

The 2008 season is now over. It was a great year, and we have some important rehab work scheduled this fall for the main pool. If you have questions about pool bond rentals and sales please check out the links on the left, and feel free to email us at questions@admiralheightspool.com. Bonds for sale and rent will be advertised in the forum "MarketPlace" -- check it out.

The General Membership annual meeting date and time will be announced here early 2009.
